Rezopole offers a video-conferencing service to several actors(companies, associations or municipalities situated in Lyon and/or Rhone-Alpes region).

Pre - Requisite:

A computer with:

An operation system (Windows, Mac os or Linux)
A browser + Flash + Internet connexion
A Micro&Sound
A Webcam (optional)

The 8080 port must be opened on your computer and/or on your router or firewall.

How to log in ?

To get an access as, you will need an autorusation form: visio@rezopole.net
The other participants will just need to activate the invitation link which will be send to them

Types of participants

The moderator : The user who has an active account, the organisator can create meeting rooms, organised and plan meetings, invite participants during the meeting
The guest : has access to the conferencing room or auditorium by the invitation link that he will receive from a moderator

Restrictions on use

This service is mainly proposed to LyonIX or SaintetIX users and to a lesser extent, to the other Internet users. If your IAP is not present on LyonIX or SaintetIX, the service could be degraded(or interrupted). To be sure that your IAP is present on LyonIX or SaintetiX, you can consult our member list here or here. You can also call your IAP to ask if he is present on LyonIX and if he is not, why !

This service provides ANY guarantee of good functionning.
