If you have several servers, you probably synchronize them on a time clock via NTP. NTP service benefits :If your ISP is connected to LyonIX or SaintetIX, you have a high quality service to synchronize your servers. This service is really close to you (in ms) and it allows you to recover an accurate clock very quickly. NTP service limitations :If your ISP or Internet operator isn't connected to LyonIX or SaintetIX, you can't use this service. To use NTP service on Linux : ntpdate ntp.rezopole.net. |
