Rezopole is a member of the L Digital Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Collective. One of its main goals is to favor the place of women in the digital sector. The members gather monthly to coordinate their actions to generate a new synergy around the development and the attractiveness of the digital sector in the region.

Rezopole acts within the EDUCATION workshop. Its aim is to identify, to coordinate and to mutualize the numerous actions carried out to a young educated audience (nursery school, college, high school) or in obtaining employment and\or job search situation.

On Women's Day (March 8th), the L Digital Collective launches its web site.

LDigital aspires to help women employed or in professional retraining develop their skills in the digital sector. To do this, the Collective consists of: Lyon French Tech, Métropole de Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, DIRECCTE, Direction régionale du Ministère des Droits des Femmes, Lyon Academy Lyon as well as the Inseec Digital, Digital Campus, EM Lyon, Epitech, Simplon, Wild Code School, University of Lyon, Polytech schools and 100 000 entrepreneurs, Objectif Pour l’Emploi, REF,  Rhône-Alpes Pionnières, Femmes & Numérique (Syntec), Fréquence Ecole, Rezopole (RezoGirls), Girlzinweb, Duchesse associations.

According to the IESF National Survey on the engineer situation realized in March and April, 2016, the feminization of this profession continues. The women represent 29 % of the qualified engineers in 2015 (aged 25-30), while they were hardly 5 % in 1973. "There is a strong growth even if the overall percentage remains low" - clarifies François Lureau, the IESF President. The feminization is also progressing in people's minds, the very large majority of engineers see a positive contribution in the management.

Nonetheless, a "slow feminization" remains very sectorized in the smallest share of the revenue areas. Therefore, "on average women engineers earn 9.000 € a year less than their male counterparts". Learn more on the 2016 IESF National Investigation on Engineers.

La deuxième rencontre RezoGirls sur le thème La valeur ajoutée des femmes dans le secteur numérique, sera animée par Claudine Chassagne, Consultante TIC et ancienne Directrice des Systèmes d'information. Cette deuxième édition dédiée aux femmes qui travaillent dans le secteur Internet, Réseaux et Télécom aura lieu le 05 Décembre 2013, à Lyon.

Inscrit dans la mission d'animation de Rezopole, l'objectif de ces événements est de fédérer la filière IT au féminin. Il s'agit de mettre en avant les femmes qui travaillent dans un secteur souvent conjugué au masculin.

Les RezoGirls pourront, lors de ces soirées, se rencontrer et échanger de manière régulière dans un cadre convivial où l'humour et la décontraction sont de mise. Les hommes de Rezopole seront, quant à eux, au service de ces dames pour faire en sorte qu'elles passent une soirée à la fois professionnelle et agréable.
