Rezopole User Group #20

The next Rezopole User Group will take place on 24th May 2019 from 9am to 12pm at the Hôtel de Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, 1 Esplanade François Mitterand, Lyon 2nd.
This edition will focus on the challenges of network automation and the issues of its implementation. We will also provide feedback on the automated deployment of the configurations implemented on LyonIX in recent months.

Programme :

• Welcoming and coffee

• Feedback on the following configuration automation:

- Fabric-vxlan Huawei-Cisco (Rezopole)
- BGP and Inter-IXP Routing Server Route (Rezopole)
- Fabric-vxlan nexus 9300 via ansible (Alphalink)
- OpenBSD PacketFilter Firewall, OpenBGPd routers (Smile)
- Normalization of switch configurations (Smile)

• Exchanges with stakeholders in the form of questions and answers

RUG 16 on September 29th

Register to the next RUG held on September 29, 2017 from 9:00 to 12:00 am at the Rezopole premises!

 

This edition will be about the 100Gb infrastructure implementation with feedback from Adeli / Maxnod, presented by Lionel Drevon.

 

In the second part, we will present the benefits of the inter-IXP routing.

 

Adeli / Maxnod is the first datacenter of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region meeting the Tier 4 high performance specification. Since 2016 its team looked at the challenges of implementing 100Gb and proposes its feedback on those developments.

L Digital: almost one year!

It has almost been a year since the L Digital, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Collective with the goal to favor women's place in the digital sector, is structured and launched thanks to greater mobilisation of its active participants in promoting digital sector among women.

 

Its members, who actively participate on this issue, gathered to coordinate their respective actions and generate a new synergy. Indirectly, they contribute in a broader perspective to the development and attractiveness of the digital sector in the region.

 

This is the case of Rezopole which organised its 5th RezoGirls on May 9th of this year on the "Women job seekers in the digital area: new career challengestheme.

On the occasion of the General Assemblies, Clust' R Numérique and Numélink, merge and become " Digital League ", the first French Cluster of the digital sector and one of the most important in Europe. Based on a federal structure including the main cities of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, the Digital League counts 510 company members, schools and labs, representing 26 000 jobs.
